I would like to try making sushi. Here are my questions:
1. Is there an online guide/video to sushi making or a good recipe?
2. How much does seaweed cost?
3. Can you buy seaweed at a super market?
4. I have a digestive problem and I can’t have raw fish- what can I use for the filling?
5. What else should I know about sushi making?

I hope the site i got you works for you. On there they have recipe with cooked crab have a look. Yes you can get seaweed wrap at the stores it is called: Nori. You just have to asks and if they don’t have it look in your area for a Asian store. You can even make them with shrimp or ham.
